Bankaltimtara Nunukan Branch Office Launching Reading Corner and Food Point

PT Nunukan Branch Kaltim-Kaltara Regional Development Bank or Bankaltimtara as the Nunukan District Government (Pemkab) partner in collaboration with the Library and Archives Office (DPK), held the launching of the Reading Corner and Food oint which was inaugurated by the Regent of Nunukan, Hj. Asmin Laura Hafid.

The launching of Reading Corner and Food Point held at ADIL Reading Park Nunukan, Sunday (10/2), was witnessed by a number of stakeholders in the Nunukan District Government and the community. Head of Nunukan DPK, Drs. H. Muhammad Arsyad, in his remarks expressed his gratitude to Bankaltimtara for helping so much that ADIL Nunukan Reading Park looked beautiful. This also strongly supports the work program in Nunukan DPK.

"Reading Park ADIL Nunukan now has an attraction for visitors. Because in addition to getting educational services also get culinary services. "Hopefully this cooperation will not come here," he explained.

Meanwhile, Nunukan Branch Head of PT BPD Kaltim-Kaltara, Iskandar Zulkarnain, said that Reading Corner and Food Point are one of Bankaltimtara's Nunukan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) which is used as a means of reading for the public to know various kinds of knowledge, especially in children.

Besides that, it can also improve the economy of business people in developing their selling products. It is expected that ADIL Reading Park Nunukan can increase the reading interest of the community so that reading is created and entrepreneurs can improve their products. "My hope is that this reading park has an attraction like other big cities. Where the community can increase reading interest and improve the community economy, "he explained.

On the same occasion, Regent Nunukan Hj. Asmin Laura Hafid, said that the activity was a step forward especially in embracing and fostering small and medium-sized businesses, especially in culinary business. Likewise, the Reading Corner can increase the demand for reading for the community and educate qualified human resources in this border area. "In the future, I hope that through this activity, besides being a place to market SME products, it will also be a place to gather, discuss and exchange information among others," he hopes to end the activity.
