BPD Kaltim Supports Access to Coastal Society Finances

TANA PASER - BPD Kaltim continues to prove a form of contribution as an agent of development to various areas in East Kalimantan and North Kalimantan, even to the southern coastal areas of Paser. Exactly, in the District of Tanjung Harapan, Tanjung Aru Village.

The journey to Tanjung Aru Village is reached for about 4 hours by land and sea from Tana Paser. The District Head of Paser Yusriansyah Syarkawi and Head of DPRD Paser Kaharuddin, attended the event yesterday (4/5).

Besides that, it was also attended by the head of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) of East Kalimantan Dwi Ariyanto, president director of PT Penjamin Kredit Daerah (Jamkrida) East Kalimantan Agussohir and Managing Director (CEO BPD East Kalimantan) Zainuddin Fanani, accompanied by the head of BPD East Kalimantan branch Tana Paser Armiwinsih and the head of  BPD East Kalimantan branch Penajam Diky Zulkarnain.

First, Agen Laku Pandai, the signing of student savings cooperation agreement (Simpel), and the signing of the program and credits 4 S or called palm prosperous credit, agricultural prosperous credit, livestock prosperous credit, and fishery prosperous credit. "said Zainuddin in his speech in front of a hundred of citizens.

Zainuddin continued which is this program is one of the focus of BPD  East Kalimantan in supporting the local governments to develop the region of East Kalimantan for equitable development in rural and remote areas. Which is demographically some population in East Kalimantan still live in rural and remote border areas, which in fact have not touched by banking service

While Dwi Ariyanto said, there are still many people who do not know or use banking services and other financial services. Usually, it caused by the location of the residence was away from the bank office, the existence of fees, or aggravating requirements.
Thus, he said, OJK, the banking industry, and another financial services industries are committed to supporting the realization of inclusive finance.

Meanwhile, Yusriansyah thanked BPD  East Kalimantan which pleased to cooperate with the government to mobilize the coastal economy. The people of Tanjung Harapan have been long dreaming presence of banking facilities that can facilitate the public to transact, either via cash deposit or cash withdrawal.
