  • FC KTP applicant husband / Wife, FC family card, FC marriage certificate / divorce or unmarried information
  • FC savings / giro account last 3 months
  • Original paycheck last 3 months and certificate of long work as well as last position
  • NPWP for loan amount>IDR50 million
  • Power of attorney withholding salary for payment of collective installment

Non-Permanent Income Customer

  • FC KTP applicant husband / Wife, FC family card, FC marriage certificate / divorce or unmarried information
  • FC savings / current accounts at BPD Kaltim or at other Banks in the last 1 year
  • Letter of Earnings
  • NPWP for loan amount>IDR50 million
  • FC SIUP, SITU and TDP are still valid
