The finalist of D - Academy Asia from Malaysia Enliven The Launching of APN Bankaltim

Bankaltim held again Bankaltim On Customer (BOC) event for its loyal customers. The event was held in a magnificent and special at atrium BIGmall Samarinda by inviting the finalist of D'Academy Asia 2015 from Malaysia, Shiha Zikir.

BOC is also attended by officials of East Kalimantan such as East Kalimantan Governor Awang Faroek Ishak, Provincial Secretary of East Kalimantan Rusmadi, Head of KPw BI of East Kalimantan Muhamad Nur, and other stakeholders.

Bankaltim President Director Zainuddin Fanani said that this activity was held as a form of BPD dedication to the people of East Kalimantan and North Kalimantan.

Not only the customers, the general public also free to watch the appearance of the international artist.

The BOC program yesterday consisted of drawing of  Prama savings and Prama iB with a total prize of Rp1 billion, as well as the drawing of  Point Berkah with prizes of Umrah and gold package, BPD East Kalimantan customer gathering, and launching of APN Bankaltim.

"The important thing is how the invitation and the customers and the people feel happy and glad for Bankaltim. This is our dedication to the people," said Zainuddin.

"We have promised to our customers who use  Bankaltim services that Bankaltim products have the special advantage that is free of charge, then transactions from other bank ATMs are also free, and Bankaltim also promises to draw prizes for a total  Rp1 billion every six Month, "he said, Saturday (1/4).

Zainuddin also hopes that this kind of activity can reestablish the interest of saving in society.

For the banks, saving money has a very important role because the funds will be returned to the people in the form of financing, credit, and so forth with the ultimate goal to develop social businesses.

Shortly before the draw, Bankaltim took a time to launch the Asian Payment Network (APN). This service is a feature of additional services for people, especially in East Kalimantan which become foreign exchange heroes in abroad.

"The launching of APN is to enrich the features of Bankaltim service, so our theme in the anniversary is Menembus Batas Membangun Negeri. This theme is translated by how we can help the financial access of migrant workers, for example, Malaysia. From the Consul General's data in Tawau alone, there are 20,000 Indonesian migrant workers who are there, " said Zainuddin

With the Bankaltim ATM card, now they can take cash at ATM machines with the special logo and automatically convert to the local currency such as Ringgit for Malaysia, Won for South Korea and Baht for Thailand.

"This is how we make it easier for Indonesian citizens who are in other countries, now we only have three but we will continue to expand to get into Singapore, Japan and another," he said.
